Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your results for any reason, contact us within 60 days of delivery and we will refund 100% of your purchase price — no return required, no questions asked.

How to request a refund:

Email hello@laharo.com with your order number and let us know you would like a refund. We will process it within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or incorrect items:

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us with a photo and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.

Lost in transit:

If your order shows as delivered but has not arrived, contact us within 7 days and we will reship or refund in full.

Order cancellations:

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of placement provided they have not shipped. Email us with your order number.
